As a Senior Product Manager in Growth, you will help fuel growth at every stage of the customer journey and execute against ambitious goals. Product Managers at HubSpot operate in embedded product models and succeed by collaborating with partners across Engineering, Design, Research, and Analytics to make the most impactful decisions to delight our users. We’re looking for an experienced product manager for this role.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong, strategic product leader
  • Experience working with engineers, content, UX, and integrating those partnerships into impactful product
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • A strong cross-team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence at all layers of HubSpot’s organization
  • Have a strong understanding of SAAS economics
  • A working understanding of product metrics and their relation to business metrics
  • Be driven by proven results and success metrics / growth minded
  • A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally

What you will be doing

  • Owning the roadmap for our monetization platform and helping reduce the cost and effort of data-driven product development
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, business intelligence, UX + design, sales, marketing, and customer success to build growth strategies and manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Analyzing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative data on HubSpot usage to develop world-class user experiences
  • Presenting findings and preparing strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders
