Reporting to Chief Business Officer, the Head of Growth Marketing will work cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Content Marketing, Operation Analytics, Sales, Product, Operations and Customer Success to create, execute, manage and analyze customer campaigns and engagement.
You will be responsible for helping the strategy and leading the charge of expanding engagement of the existing customer base in addition to identifying and connecting with new customers. This person will partner with our entire team to ensure marketing campaigns are delivering high-quality leads that sales teams can convert to opportunities, and ultimately, closed-won accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Play an integral role in working with executives to help shape the strategy and marketing plans through performance analysis at various levels of granularity, synthesize the most meaningful insights, and communicate those findings.
- Own the optimization and management of paid campaigns such as Boost campaigns, social, SEM, Google, Adwords, retargeting AdRoll program, including structure & targeting improvements, search query mining, keyword expansion, landing page testing and improvement of bid management processes.
- Develop marketing data analysis and reporting dashboards; communicate and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership including content and email campaign.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads.
- Establish a reporting system weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly of campaign performances and results.
- Focus on data, experimentation, testing, and analytics to uncover key business insights and opportunities for scalable user growth
- Coordinate with sales enablement to operationalize account-based marketing (ABM) planning: Marketo reporting and business intelligence (BI), salesforce tracking, new metrics generation: NPS, account coverage, engagement, reach (touches), and influence.
About You:
- Strong experience with paid and un-paid search programs
- Experience with other digital marketing channels - SEO, display, paid social, or affiliate marketing and partner programs.
- Strong experience with SalesForce and Marketo automation tools, reporting, building dashboards, campaign tracking, analytics, and business intelligence.
- A love for solving puzzles and the ability to tease out trends/insights from complex data sets.
- Advanced proficiency in building and operating in mass excel spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events and requests.
- Highly organized with a demonstrated strength to simultaneously manage and follow through on multiple projects and priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with key team leaders in sales, product management, operations, carriers and insurance, engineering and C-suite Executives
