About this opportunity

The Role of iTero Training Assistant is to collaborate and support the success of the iTero APAC Training team through effective documentation and data reporting analytics. The person will work in close partnership with trainers in order to understand the business needs and requirements in order to ensure proper documentation and design the appropriate tools, reports/analytics for the group.

In this role, you will...

• Participate in creating and implementing training programs.
• Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets). Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies. Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact trainers handle, following defined parameters.
• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up; Assist in implementation of Online Booking Tool.
• Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms).
• Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.
• Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.
• Support training materials localization efforts.
• Submit & maintain reports on training activities and optimize when applicable. Analyze data and develop/improve reports/dashboards to enhance visibility of training status and impact.
• Recommend improvements or new tools/programs.

Additional responsibilities:

• Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.

• Strong logical thinking and good data analysis ability, able to establish recommendations with data support.
• Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma, major in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Information Management and System or other related professional is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of office procedures and billing
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented.
• Fluent English required.
