Job Description

Missile Systems (MS) Business Process Management has an opportunity for a Finance Analyst II interested in broadening their network, understanding a big picture view of the business, and having the opportunity to enact positive change across all of MS Finance. This position will support the Data Strategy & Governance team to drive strategy and discipline in Master Data to improve analysis and efficiency. This position is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the various financial and non-financial data points used by the business to conduct operations and facilitate business decisions. The analyst in this role will develop a wide network across Finance as they work with Functional and Program teams to implement Master Data strategies and improve analysis and reporting. Be a part of a team that enables the right information, at the right time, to support decision making that is accurate and complete.
Recurring activities include:

• Implement & sustain strategic purpose for Master Data
• Monitor systems/processes to ensure Master Data is working as designed
• Coordinate activities with data owners to address quality issues
• Manage & maintain Master Data reference documents & libraries
• Collaborate with Functional and Program Finance organizations to improve analysis and reporting efficiencies through Master Data management activities and special projects

Do you meets these minimum requirements?

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance math or a related major and a minimum of experience 2+ years of program and/or functional analyst experience or a related MS degree and 0 years of experience
• Experience in using SAP Business Systems
• Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams
• Ability to reconcile information, identify process improvements, and develop and apply solutions

Highly Desired Skills:

• Demonstrate an understanding/working knowledge of MS financial structures and processes
• Prior Raytheon Finance Experience
• Ability to reconcile information, identify process improvements, and develop and apply solutions
