Your Career

We are looking for a Marketing Systems Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Marketo, with a heavy focus on APIs and integrations. This role is for candidates who enjoy evaluating and deconstructing existing processes and formulating new, innovative, process-altering solutions.

You will use your understanding of integrations to optimize our marketing technology stack, anticipate current and future business needs, and provide insight to internal stakeholders on the feasibility of business objectives. This role will require you to evaluate business requirements, design and develop processes related to data flows, and provide recommended solutions.

Our fast-moving culture demands that you bridge between communicating with business end-users and team leaders, as well as collaborate effectively across the organization. You must be able to co-architect solutions with other technical teams such as Data Science, IT, Web Developers and more. Your Impact

  • Act as the in-house expert on technical configuration, integration, and coordination of Marketo - our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) - with related technologies and processes
  • Anticipate technical needs by translating business vision into a flexible technical architecture of multiple products fitting use cases, strategy, and current/future needs, building with an eye towards both quality and scale.
  • Work with cross-functional technical leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes our Marketing tech stack and supports our marketing strategy; stay abreast of partner and sales strategies to ensure cohesion across company go-to-market strategies
  • Develop phased roadmaps according to Quarterly and Annual priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies
  • Scale training and Best Practice sharing so our marketers know exactly what capabilities we have and how and when to use them
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to our internal customers for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness
  • Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help ensure our marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data-driven insights
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders throughout a project’s lifecycle across functional areas; masterfully communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences leading with the “why” over the “how”

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (or related field)
  • 5+ years of leading integration, configuration, and evolution of MAP for Enterprise B2B marketing organization
  • Marketo Certified Expert required; advanced Marketo certifications preferred
  • Agile/Scrum experience preferred
  • Experience working with a wide portfolio of Martech vendors
  • Passion for the use of technology especially MAPs (i.e. Marketo) to solve business problems
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Experience with creation of process documents and flow diagrams
  • Drive data integrity initiatives related to business processes
  • Innovative thinker and desire to help build out new functionalities and be a pioneer within the industry
