Job Title: Business Processes Principal Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA (and various client sites nationwide)

Purpose and Objective:

SAP America, Inc seeks a Business Processes Principal Consultant at our Atlanta, GA (and various client sites nationwide) location responsible for growing and leading the SAP North America Central Finance practice.

Expectations and Tasks:

Integrate process areas such as Materials Management (MM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP) and Project Systems (PS). Create and execute SAP Central Finance implementation strategy. Act as a multiplier and run enablement bootcamps and workshops. Provide support in escalated projects. Provide performance of feasibility studies and solution reviews. Support pre-sales activities (license and consulting) and identify and apply Integrated Service Delivery options. Take over responsibility from time to time as a project team lead, and as a team lead to support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks. Provide detailed planning of process implementation. Provide industry and corporate implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP, OnPremise and cloud-based). Develop and assure quality of process models. Demonstrate expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools. Drive deployment of SAP Model Companies for specific area of business. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and 7 years of experience is required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 5 years of experience.

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 5 years in SAP Central Finance implementation; SAP S/4HANA; SAP Central Finance; Suite on HANA; SAP R/3 Applications and Finance and Controlling (FICO) and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) process specific solution consulting. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.
