The Role

Working in partnership with senior business partners, you will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization. For this role, we are looking for a talented Recruiter to take ownership of recruiting across our Central Europe region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). Our Central Europe team is one of the largest and fastest growing teams at Citrix, and such you will playing a pivotal role ensuring it's continued success and growth.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging a broad range of mid-to-senior talent for our Sales & Services organisation. You will be tasked with identifying, engaging and qualifying active and passive talent across the region, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to your hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

We are looking for an expereienced Recruiter with a proven track recrod of success identifying and engaging talent within an in house environment. You must have a deep understanding of the geographic region and an extensive network therein, and preferably a track record of success in recruiting Sales talent in the technology industry.

You are an excellent manager of relationships and someone with the ability to influence without authority. You are creative thinker and someone who can use innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best technical talent to Citrix. You have determination and a focus on delivering results, without sacrificing the quality or the value of your partnership to the business.
