Es responsable de las tareas de soporte del área de Voice, que se requieren para articular el éxito del negocio, desde punto de vista administrativo, y tomando un rol de gestión de preponderancia que le permita garantizar la continuidad de los flujos de trabajo.

Soporte Revenue Assurance

• Análisis rechazos MZ/RAW/Collaboration
• Generación y control de emisión de facturas/ control errores de facturación abono/consumo, control sobre ciclos de facturación.
• Revisión y aprobación de prebilling

Soporte Gestión compras

• Soporte de renegociación al área de procurement
• Control y gestión de proceso interno de compra para el área de voice
• Seguimiento de Purchase Orders (generación -> ingreso a depósitos)
• Recepción y control de facturas para servicios Voice & Managed
• Reportes de gestión

Soporte regulatorio

• Presentación reportes regulatorios (regulares y totalizadores anuales)
• Soporte, seguimiento y respuesta a oficios judiciales
• Presentación de planes tarifarios ENTE Reg. (Clientes)
• Presentación anual a Ente Reg (facturación)

• Experiencia en empresas de telecomunicaciones (deseable)
• Conocimientos de sistemas de CRM (Oracle/SAP/Siebel)
• Nociones de contabilidad (no excluyente)
