Job Description
Position summary
Senior Consultant, Ecosystems & Alliances Strategy Location: Open/Virtual with up to ~25% travel
Do you have the strategic thinking skills, technology expertise, and organizational savvy to help Deloitte address one of its most important strategic challenges? If so, our Ecosystems & Alliances Strategy Team may be the place for you. We are helping the world’s largest professional services firm to strategically define how it will engage with alliance partners and other outside parties to shape new markets, harness innovative technologies, and create new business models to better serve the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Research and apply frameworks to solve business problems related to E&A
- Conduct E&A market and competitive analysis, synthesize findings, develop recommendations
- Research and analyze emerging business and operating models, monetization models and synthesize implications for E&A
- Build quantitative models for market sizing, business cases, scenario analysis
- Analyze technology trends, develop technology outlooks, synthesize implications relevant to E&A areas under study
- Work with key stakeholder groups to gain buy-in on analysis conclusions and recommendations
- Develop content for executive-level presentations, working sessions, and reports
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ work experience, preferably from a top tier strategy consulting firm, or, corporate/business unit strategy function
- Demonstrated record of applying critical thinking, market and competitive analysis, business model analysis, and/or scenario planning
- Strategy development skills including quantitative modeling, primary and secondary research and analysis, logical structuring and storytelling, executive interactions
- Ability to develop executive level messaging from from quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Proactive, results-oriented, and collegial team player who can work independently
- For internal Deloitte candidates: Current Senior Consultant or experienced Consultant.
Education (degree): Undergraduate degree with quantitative coursework; MBA, or, M.E. from a top tier program preferred
