Job Description

Learning Coordinator Cincinnati, OH Job Summary The Learning Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to improve communications and efficiency for the Learning & Development team. The Learning Coordinator is also responsible for gathering feedback and requirements from associates in order to facilitate improvements and ensure the Learning & Development team is continuing to reach its goals. He or she will provide coordination as needed in order to support various training initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and seminars
  • Preparation and distribution of course information
  • Maintaining consistent presence on the COR
  • Communication plans for learners/instructors/leadership to support various training initiatives (invitations for participants, registration confirmations and prep, attendance, follow-up, thank you’s for guest speakers, etc.)
    • Encourage buy-in and promote various courses, campaigns, and associate use of training in development plans
    • Evaluate web presence and make suggestions for improvement
  • Feedback/data analysis
    • Create surveys and manage data points to identify possible areas of improvement; share results with leadership
    • Initiate campaigns to gather feedback (survey calls, emails, etc.)
    • Develop/manage focus groups to determine the success of various training courses
  • Coordinate various events and learning opportunities
  • Contribute to ad-hoc training initiatives on an as-needed basis
Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with successful project management in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software, with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly-changing environment and software
