As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will have a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative team driving supply chain innovation for these and other brands in the P&G portfolio. You will be the face of our supply chain function for major retails in one or two Nordic countries and ensure that they receive stock on time, especially in time for promotions. You will also work closely with the sales team on promotional forecasting, ensuring goods sold are received by the customer in accordance to agreed deadlines and acting as a bridge between sales and the customer.

This role will be based at P&G’s Sweden headquarters (Solna, Stockholm). You may occasionally travel for this role depending on your customer and country you support.

In this role, you will:

• Be the primary supply chain contact for customers in one or two Nordic countries

• Bridge the gap between the customer and the sales team and ensure needs are met on both sides

• Be a part of the logistics organization who owns the roll-out of new initiatives (products) in the market, forecasting and physical distribution.

• Work with different parts of the supply chain organization, including Initiatives Planning, Business Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Operations, Customer Service where you will work with Inventory Management and Optimization as well as Costs Management and Optimization projects.

• Collaborate externally with customers, warehousing & distribution logistics providers, freight-forwarders and internal suppliers.

Apply if you have:

• Experience within a fast-moving supply chain/logistics/manufacturing environment

• Experience working with external customers and clients and great communication skills

• English language at a business-level proficiency. Any Nordic (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish) language skills are desirable and considered a plus.

• At least a Bachelors degree in any subject. Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Supply Chain Management degrees are desirable.
