The Boeing International Enterprise Services (BIES) team is looking to hire a Regional Facilities Services Support Manager to coordinate activities for the European region. This role will report into the BIES Director for the Europe and Israel region. This role will lead a team of regional leaders located at sites throughout the European Region. The team has the responsibility for the daily running of our offices throughout the region in addition to supporting the Bies Director with developing, integrating and implementing strategies and processes to meet organizational and Enterprise goals and objectives. The role works across multiple countries with differing compliance and/or regulatory requirements – including employment law, health and safety – brings a high level of complexity to ensure protection of the Company and its employees. As the business support integrator, the tasks are very broad and across multiple Functions, which can be difficult when holding responsibility and accountability but limited authority.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team performing activities in accordance with the Boeing International Enterprise Services (BIES) Service List which includes Operations Management and Compliance, Business Support Services and traveller assistance for multiple delegated business activities
  • Supporting and delivering delegated activities and integration as needed from other service groups. These include Enterprise Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection, Site Services and Supplier Management
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships and partnerships with business partners, customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports for multiple sites with significant scope and complexity
  • Management, development and motivating a team responsible for site/entity compliance with local laws, Boeing policies and procedures
  • Responsible for forecasts and management of operating budgets.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated successful management experience.
  • Must be a proactive, assertive, high energy individual who can work efficiently in an environment where priorities can change frequently.
  • Must be highly responsive to the needs generated by the day-to-day activities of the sites and business management requirements.
  • Should exhibit mature and independent judgment, initiative and flexibility.
  • High levels of discretion are required. Demonstrated experience of working in a confidential environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written communication.
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Be computer literate with excellent experience of MS Office. Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
  • Experienced in working in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience of working within a US based or aerospace company would be advantageous.
  • Travel is required.

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
