Job Description
Raytheon’s Missile System’s (RMS) is seeking an innovative and accomplished Talent Acquisition professional to provide strategic partnership within Executive hiring processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and recruiting the best senior level talent in support of business strategy and objectives.
The Executive Recruiter represents a key element in the overall talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain the most qualified individuals in a wide range of disciplines across RMS leadership roles. As an Executive Recruiter you will provide proactive business engagement, TA subject matter expertise and coaching to build and execute effective recruiting strategies, source world class talent and build the Raytheon Brand. You will be responsible for successfully supporting RMS business growth initiatives and pipelining critical executive level skills.
This position can be located nationwide with the primary customer base in Tucson, AZ.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Recruit world-class talent, both external and internal to Raytheon, for key positions within RMS’s growing global business.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, candidate networks and talent pipelines to ensure a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates.
- Partner with the HR Business Partners to ensure the best talent is being identified for RMS.
- Build trusting relationships with Senior Leaders to collaboratively identify and execute talent requirements.
- Partner with Compliance, Compensation, and other HR Operation’s entities to shape offer packages.
- Provide technical solutions as the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) subject matter expert.
- Use and improve TA metrics to improve the effectiveness of recruiting process and to increase the quality of hires. This includes time to fill, conversion rates, AAP goals and diverse candidate slates.
- Partner with Diversity & Inclusion to maximize relationships with external professional affinity organizations, providing recruiting opportunities that further support business goals.
Required Skills: - 6 years demonstrated experience as a sourcer/recruiter
- Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies and methodologies
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work outside of core business hours as needed
Desired Skills: - 10 years demonstrated experience as a sourcer/recruiter
- Experience driving innovation to hire critical talent.
- Experience recruiting Executive and senior leadership level positions
- Advanced level candidate pre-closing and closing skills with proven ability to determine viable prospects.
- Experience managing time sensitive key assignments by providing on-going documentation and status to stake-holders.
- Experience developing and maintaining passive talent pipelines
- Advanced self-management and relationship management skills with senior leadership levels
- Experience with Candidate Relationship Management tools.
- Understanding Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) principles.
- Experience with agency Talent Acquisition
Required Education:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or 8 years of additional work experience in lieu of a degree
This position could be either Principal Employment Recruiter or a Consulting Employment Recruiter based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
