Job summary -

Our company is looking for a dynamic individual who is flexible enough to be a part of the Agile change management process in the Architecture and construction domain.

Job responsibilities & requirements -

• Basic understanding of Architectural/Construction project lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
• Working knowledge of Agile Project Management tools such as Jira & Confluence.
• Assist Team Leads & Agile Project Manager in implementing an agile framework for the projects.
• Facilitating team members in achieving the project goals.
• Conducting the Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, etc.) for the project teams.
• Monitoring project delivery with respect to quality, project schedule, scope, and timelines.
• Total 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering or technology field.
• Graduate in Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech .) or Architecture. (B. Arch.)
