The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Austin Base Salary Range: 88,000 - 118,000 USD per year
Your job:
Indeed is looking for a Business Operations Manager in the Austin area to support the Engineering Office of the Chief of Staff. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the staff org, you thrive on collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive effectiveness and productivity. You must be able to blend your analytical rigor with strategic thinking to drive requirements/implementation of key metrics for the organization, recommend process improvements, and manage change in a fast growth environment.

About you: Minimum qualifications:

• Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive multiple concurrent initiatives autonomously
• High EQ and capable of building strong relationships inside and outside the organization
• Advanced oral, written, and presentation skills
• Proficient with excel and G. Suite including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years experience working in a fast-paced high tech environment
• Proven track record of working with executives
