We are currently seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH.
AIR Assessment group has been acquired by Cambium Learning Group, Inc. and will be Cambium Assessment effective January 1, 2020. Cambium Learning is a leading education technology company that partners with K-12 schools across the U.S. The AIR Assessment division will be joining Cambium Learning’s existing portfolio of five business units as Cambium Assessment.

Responsibilities
The Operations team works closely with internal Production and Content teams to produce test materials (e.g., test booklets and test administration manuals). As part of the Operations team, the Project Operations Coordinator will be responsible for conducting quality control reviews of test materials, including verification of test booklet content and layout. This will include the opportunity to manage the production and review processes required to create test materials and work with external clients and vendors throughout these processes. Training in all test material reviews and version control/quality control procedures is provided. Travel may be required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or related field required; additional education preferred. • 2 – 4 years of experience in project or operations management. • Experience working in print and publishing in a business, government or education context is an asset. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Acute attention to detail. • Excellent computer knowledge. • High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/projects simultaneously. • Flexibility and ability to consistently meet deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment. • Proofreading experience is an asset.
