Lead training sessions focused on ONESOURE Global Trade powered by Integration Point.

  • Conduct training sessions onsite at customer locations, in virtual classrooms, and in a workshop format.
  • Work with content team to continuously improve the content of the training materials to coincide with system enhancements.
  • Maintain and administer surveys and other information in order to meet requirements.
  • Book and allocate back all required travel arrangements.
  • Communicate internally to ensure billings are accurate and timely.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work independently
  • Technical training experience preferred (1-2 years).
  • ONESOURCE Global Trade powered by Integration Point Product knowledge:Expert in at least one of the following core products: FTZ (preferred), Global Content, Global Classification, DPS, Entry Verification, Export Management, Import ManagementWilling to learn/deliver training about GTM products: all of the above and/or ABI, FTA, Analyzer Tools, IMMEX, Duty Drawback, SCC
  • International Trade background/experience is a plus
  • Interest in training roles and a knack for software product training
  • Able to work on both sides of training: curriculum design/development and training delivery
  • Ability to conduct face to face and remote classes
  • Ability to develop/support the development of different types of training materials: instructor-led courses (classroom and remote), certification exams, eLearning and videos for self-study
  • Customer-focused and interested in being part of a revenue-generating department
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
