The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customer’s queries. They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues.
Description The Performance Marketing UAT Team is looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Automation Analyst to join our UAT team. You will work in coordination with the UAT Manager to ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completed effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and self-directed, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-visibility work environment. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various Chase Card Services applications. In this role, you will partner in the planning, design and execution of testing strategies and practices in order to meet the user acceptance testing requirements for the applications supported by your team. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to interact with all project stakeholders throughout the SDLC. This position requires experience working in support of web-based, client-server, and batch testing. The QA automation Analyst should have the skills and experience to fulfill the following responsibilities: -Interact with campaign management, project management and UAT teams to develop a strong understanding of the project/campaign and testing objectives
Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using BDD Cucumber, Selenium & VBA Macro.
Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation – job aids/procedures to assure quality of the test suites to be developed
Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used
Creation & maintenance of the job aids & procedures associated with the automation tools built and used by QMS UAT
Support during production deployment of applications and perform “validation testing” during the off-hours/weekend release windows.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience ·Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing – SIT/UAT.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium
Hands – on experience in Selenium/VBA Macro or UFT is a must
Exposure to BDD Cucumber framework is a plus
Knowledge & Experience on JIRA tool is preferred
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate efficiently with partners, project & testing teams and bridge the communication gaps
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with smart phone application testing a plus using industry tools such as Perfecto Mobile.Experience working with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors.
