Primary Purpose of the Position:

• The Finance Manager Procurement AP is responsible for partnering with procurement team to ensure finance goals and objectives are achieved. To provide clear understanding of drivers of feedstock and non-feedstock movements. Work collaboratively with plant team and indirect procurement team to track indirect savings and ensure AOP targets to be achieved

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining effective financial forecasting and planning methodology / system related to raw and indirect
• Develop and implement financial systems for monitoring and controlling total procurement spend under control
• Financial analysis to provide insight and transparency into raw material and indirect spend (includes actuals, as well as, forecasts)
• Driving working capital reduction initiatives in the areas of A/P and raw material inventories
• Identify deviations versus plans if any and drive actions plans to achieve the target
• Track "Power Sterring Saving Tracking Methodology" system for APAC

Requirements:

• University Finance degree
• Minimum 7 years of progressively Finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or operations finance related areas
• Track record of achieving measurable business objectives
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing and supply chain
• Communication skills, including the ability to draw on the ideas of key team members and convert them into meaningful plans
• Change management experience, focused on getting groups “on board” with new processes and techniques
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Has the personal courage to recommend/make difficult decision
• Able to analyze and grasp a situation quickly from different perspectives and create well-reasoned solutions
• Demonstrates ethical and moral behavior; unquestionable integrity and character
• Demonstrates a high level of understanding of all key aspects of the business operations
