The Operations Analyst position will support Enterprise Repair contract personnel by activating, maintaining and deactivating system access. This position performs required routine audits and monthly tracking. This position requires a high degree of organizational skills to manage a large volume of diverse data using Excel spreadsheets. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to resolve contractor system access and/or related issues.

Activate, maintain and deactivate contractor system access within 43 points of system access determined by the team function being performed. Selection of the correct restricted system access is critical to achieve security standards.

• Document and track system access for every contractor on all teams using Excel.
• Review and reconcile Client Access Matrix files for each team to validate headcount and approval of CTL tools utilized.
• Perform quarterly Information Security audits ensuring all offshore team members are in the correct security group and all members are accounted for. Identify and investigate anomalies with system owners and security . Presentation in writing audit results to Security to prove adherence to system security regulations and securing CTL sensitive data. Perform on demand audits of access to specific systems and /or Network elements.
• Perform detailed comparison of team membership with Contractor leadership accounting for each individual and creating a monthly Churn percentage
• Project manage system migrations specific to International access to CenturyLink systems impacting Enterprise Repair teams
• Ensure timely completion of CTL required training of contract personnel
• Troubleshoot complex system access issues with Virtual desktop support
• Maintain open communication with contractor clients daily in troubleshooting VDI and system access issues and partner with system access owners for resolve.
