Flag any risk management issues early to ensure alignment on messaging with potential candidates
- Coach current and former Bain consulting talent exploring non-general management consulting roles within Bain. This includes liaising with global and regional departments within Talent Management, Finance and Legal and other external advisors as required to ensure compliance for any potential move into a new role

- Research candidate eligibility with Local HR, Staffing, Program Managers, Class Captains, PD Advisors and interpreting PD reviews and advising (both candidates and hiring managers) on areas of development that may be overexposed dependent on the individual role expectations
- Identify offices with greatest opportunity to improve the recruitment of Bainies into global and regional roles and work with them closely to ensure appropriate support and alignment of local office marketing
- Liaise with Finance to confirm budget approval for searches and apply judgement to investigate alternate options for non-budgeted roles
- Engage Bain Immigration to ensure compliance with local employment law and ensure awareness with hiring managers and local HR of the impact of employment laws on hiring decisions and day-to-day work expectations for new hires; coordinate with external legal and employment advisors as required; lead ‘Resident Labour Market Tests’ as required for select candidates in the UK

- Liaise regularly with the Bain Career Advisory to promote global and regional roles to increase candidate pipeline; alignment of active candidate discussions
- Provide monthly and annual recruitment dashboard analysis through the tracking of search and candidate activity (e.g. candidate pipeline by tenure and office, candidate referees, active searches, candidates in play on each search)
- Market global and regional careers and specific opportunities both internally and externally as relevant – this includes oversight of the Global / Regional Jobs for Consulting Staff SharePoint site, relevant Bain Alumni Job Board messaging on non-consulting career opportunities within Bain, managing job postings and the Recruiting Playbook for Local Offices
