Boeing is seeking Product and Services Quality Manager to join our quality team to help develop and administer the quality system that ensures and manages the integrity of company products and services. This is position located in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees and first-level managers that ensure products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and government regulations.
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
  • Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
  • Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • Must be able to work second shift
  • 5+ years of Management experience in manufacturing/production environment
  • 1+ years of experience with data analytics methods to solve complex problems
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing corrective actions or Root Cause Analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teaming ability
  • Experience in problem solving and improvement projects

Additional Information:

  • This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
