Purpose of the role:

Analysis of market trends and recommend changes and strategies based on market analysis. Analysis and identification of potential increases of market shares of product categories Russia&CIS. Develop and realize ADC annual HCP&KOL tactical plan, including digital&CRM plan and KOL plan and activities. Develop, launch and monitor success of all programs and instruments, promotional materials for key HCP target audiences of ADC in Russia&CIS. Develop programs and instruments for SF, ensure due medical knowledge and quality of training for SF on product, all programs and instruments. Forecast sales and margin on a quaterly basis. Anticipate key influencing factors on ADC short and long term planning process, communicate implications to manager and update actions accordingly. X-functional leadership and alignment in a team including SF, PR, GR, legal, compliance, etc., including international team in other countries, to guarantee excellence in planning and realization of ADC strategy in Russia&CIS Abbott Quality Policy: Demonstrate an understanding of the application of the Quality Policy through daily activities. Maintain vigilance to ensure adherence to the Quality Policy and system procedures by promptly reporting noncompliance issues to management. Abbott Quality Policy Compliance: Prioritize compliance to the QSR through ongoing support and communication of the Quality Policy. This will be accomplished by leading by example on daily basis, ensuring clear goals for subordinates and ensure prompt corrective action for any noncompliance issues raised by subordinates. Budgeting: Prepare or arrange for preparation of budgets, reports, and forecasts. Ensure they are completed in precise and timely manner. Manage marketing expenses within Plan/ Update. Keep manager informed with regular updates on issues and business performance. Customer Relations: Maintain necessary contact with key customers to achieve objectives of division. Develop and maintain raport with key opinion leaders in the market place to identify trends, competitor activities and new business situation. Monitor competitive situation – their strategies, activities and organizational power.
