Within our Product Management team, you will be involved through the entire lifecycle of one of our products: Meridian. The team supports our customers drive the future set and functionality to help them manage their physical resources. We are customer centric in ensuring our products deliver value in every aspect.

As a Manager Product Management , you build and lead the Product Management discipline on the foundation of strong Product Owners, a robust customer base and a successful product line for Meridian. In this role, you will create a vision, cohesion and rigor to our product team. You orchestrate a broad, integrated solution leveraging our existing products and introducing new ones. You will initiate customer engagements, help build strong structured feedback loops, explore and cultivate new technology and business opportunities and be heavily involved in all things product. This position reports directly to the VP, Product Management

How you'll make a difference:

• Drive competitive intelligence and ensure product lines effectively compete
• Introduce true differentiators into our product lines
• Responsible for our Go To Market activities (GTM), particularly for new cloud-based offerings
• Serve as focal point for product strategy with internal and external partners
• Bring PM discipline into our activities; define and create structured analyses and artifacts
• Unify company and R&D team thinking: one solution, multiple pieces
• Encourage modern technology usage, keeping the team ahead of the curve
• Be a strategic partner with engineering for long-term vision and technology R&D
• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap

What you bring to the table:

• Undergraduate degree in technology, business, or design engineering
• 10+ years in product-oriented roles (PM, PO)
• Experience managing cloud/mobile and on-premise software
• 3+ years of direct management
• Demonstrable ability to mentor and grow talent
• Comfortable with Agile planning and development
• Excellent speaking and presentation skills
• Experience working with Owner Operators of process plants is a plus
• Preferred Skills/Experience :
  • Experience with SaaS and/or engineering
