Account Executive- Location: London, UK

Our new Account Executive will be responsible for substantial growth of our business in the UK.

Accruent is looking for a top performing Account Executive, who can help us grow substantially. A driven and enthusiastic person who is experienced in selling enterprise software solutions to organisations’ key decision makers. You will be responsible for the full end-to-end sales cycle related to the sale of Accruent’s Meridian solution. You will be responsible for selling high value, strategic solutions to new and existing customers, and you will be cooperating with the “extended” Sales Team to exceed established goals.

In this role, you will:

  • To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Accruent solutions.
  • You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/analysis supported by our marketing and inside sales department.
  • Prospect, forecast, resource allocation and planning of new business deals
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline (3x target) to ensure over-achievement.
  • Focus on new logo’s and revenue streams while reaching annual sales revenue goals
  • Provide input for sales- and business plans, and provide input for campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a detailed working knowledge of Accruent Solutions
  • Stay focused on market conditions, needs and competitor strategies & goals
  • Daily update of the salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
  • Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.

Key Requirements :

  • Relevant Business Education (e.g. Business, Communications, Engineering)
  • More than 5 years proven experience in Enterprise Software sales
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • Experience with establishing executive level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, coordination of multi-site account management
  • Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement.
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent written & verbal communications in English (preferably native)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Current full driving license
