What You Will Do: You will be in constant contact with account executives and clients as you monitor and perform administrative functions on a daily basis. This is a role where each day is different, and you will have the chance to learn every aspect of the business. You will maintain relationships and be able to exude your “go getter” attitude while assisting fellow team members with day-to-day operations.

The Account Manager is a vital partner in resolving issues, both large and small. You will learn what it means to work for a company that is heavily invested in its employees and clients, and in future growth.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Handle the daily administration of employee benefit plans to include life, health and specialty markets.
  • Research issues and develop potential solutions; negotiate problem resolution.
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients, internal partners and TPAs.
  • Recognize and implement solutions to problems and issues; suggest improvements to gain efficiencies.
  • Provide prompt, accurate and consistent information that meets or exceeds quality metrics.
  • Address client needs, develop action plans and consult on products, services and capabilities that add value for the client.
  • Assist Account Executives when appropriate and escalate issues accordingly.
  • Review monthly billing discrepancy reports for any action needed.
  • Participate in client annual reviews and as needed with the Account Executive to review service levels and plan offerings.
  • Work in partnership with the other business segments in troubleshooting and resolving account issues, audits and rate or premium discrepancies.

What You Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of insurance experience a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn additional software applications as needed.
