IN A NUTSHELL
The Sales Manager is in charge of the development of our Sales in the defined region : France and Benelux. He sets up the strategy and go to market based on the company priorities and guidelines, leads and manages a team of Account Managers, and potentially Channel Partner Managers across the region to win market share, grow the revenue and achieve the commercial targets set by his management.
He works in coordination with other functional departments (Customer Service, Marketing, Service, HR, Finance and Legal) to align the support required for him and his team to meet his targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Articulates and implements the company commercial strategy on his region
Assesses and suggest changes in our Go To Market with the aim of increasing our visibility & coverage as well as our Sales effectiveness
Works in coordination with HRBP to attract and develop talents as well as increase engagement
Ensures accurate Orders & Revenue forecasting by implement Standard Work & Daily Management by rigorously applying Company Processes.
Drives sustained growth by implementing Growth initiatives leveraging Funnel Management and Problem Solving as well as other Danaher Business System processes
Is an example of the highest standards of ethics by acting with full integrity and proactively promoting the companies code of conduct
Job RequirementsProfessional Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of strategic selling experience in a B to B sales environment
Prior experience and solid track record as National or Regional Manager (or higher ).
Experience in Leading & Managing Sales organizations in the field of Science & Technology.
Excellence in modern sales methods & Funnel Management.
Experience in working in an international environment and matrix organizations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education
Scientific, Engineering, or related bachelor degree required.
Language
English & French fluent
Travel
Position requires intensive travel with the region of responsibility : estimated 50% of time
