Customer Support Specialist Type Full Time

Having tripled the size of the company to 100 over the last three years, Futuri, which has twice been named Tech Company of the Year by OHTec, seeks a Customer Support Specialist to be based out of our Seven Hills, Ohio, headquarters.
Position Summary: As a Customer Support Specialist on our VIP Support Team, you are an integral part of the day-to-day interaction with Futuri’s media industry partners - someone who enjoys solving problems and strives to make each exchange easy and engaging.
You act as the first line of response to customer inquiries via email, phone and chat. Your technical expertise helps you to quickly understand and assess problems, uncover alternate solutions and navigate software front and back-end systems. You are self-managed and can quickly prioritize work, multi-task, follow through and communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues. You function well in a team environment and are focused on the customer experience above all else.
You have flexible availability which includes some weekends on call.

To be seriously considered for the role, please have the following in regard to: Education / Experience: - Associate or Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a customer support role (technical or software support background, strongly preferred)
- Experience working with radio station automation systems and software, SaaS products and/or mobile apps (preferred)
Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally and vary messaging to different audiences
- Skilled at explaining technical concepts in simple, understandable language
- Independently able to manage time, make decisions and stay organized in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to skillfully gather and analyze information, troubleshoot issues and proactively identify trends
- Familiarity with basic web technology and interfaces
