Looking for a seasoned demand generation professional to help meet the needs of our rapidly growing business. Reporting to the CMO, this is a key hire. You? You have a solid history of building and growing the demand function within a fast-paced environment, but also have the flexibility to adapt to new business models, the drive for relentless optimization and the creativity to never stop trying new things.
Responsibilities:
• Own annual demand generation plan for marketing; including all marketing KPI’s required to drive necessary pipeline • Create strategy for establishing upper and mid-funnel marketing campaigns given a multitude of nuanced factors driving the ‘shape’ of our sales funnel (direct, indirect, project-based etc.) • Leverage in-person events, digital campaigns strategies and ABM strategies to ensure marketing meets monthly and quarterly funnel targets • Drives cross-functional execution of campaigns working in close partnership with product, design, events and digital • Work hand-in-hand with sales and sales operations to measure effectiveness of each and every dollar we invest into marketing from upper funnel through to sale • Implement innovative ABM strategy for targeting strategic accounts • Create a global view of the demand function to support a growing international presence • Hire and nurture a team of professionals as necessaryRequirements:
• 8 + years’ work experience with at least 4 years in a demand generation role • Experience in startups or rapidly growing division of larger organization • Strong analytical skills with a maniacal love for measurement • Strong knowledge of most up-to-date CRM, ABM and Marketing Automation capabilities with the ability to push them to perform outside of the box to fit to our business’ need • MBA or work experience equivalent • Ability to quote ‘that scene’ from GlenGarry Glen Ross a strong plus • Working knowledge of database languagesAbout Samba TV
