Trust & Safety Agent Program Manager

We’re looking for an empathetic and results-driven manager with experience in leading a team focused on reviewing graphic content or working in emotionally challenging roles. The team is responsible for reviewing reported content and communicating with Pinners over email about Pinterest’s community guidelines. You’ll work with the other Agent Program Managers to create key performance metrics and hold agents accountable, distribute work with team input and provide career growth and learning opportunities for your team members. You’ll also collaborate closely with our policy and tools teams to support your team’s goals and daily workflows.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage, coach and hire Trust & Safety agents with an eye toward success and wellbeing
• Foster a safe environment for the team, allowing for authentic communication and risk-taking
• Define team priorities, set inspiring individual and team goals, seek opportunities for smartly scaling the team as demands increase
• Plan and coordinate new workflows for new launches, updates, and product changes
• Partner closely with our Content Policy Team to ensure policy enforcement compliance and consistent experience for Pinners
• Work closely with our Trust & Safety Data/Tools and Engineering teams to ensure our tools meet the needs of our growing team

• Appreciation for the unique challenges of content policy enforcement and the impact on those doing the work
• Creative problem solver with excellent leadership and project management skills amid rapid team growth and resource constraints
• Motivated and hard-working with the ability to think and communicate clearly and calmly under pressure
• Intermittent availability outside of normal business hours and days for high-risk escalations
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
