Position Overview:

This is an individual contributor role and the candidate would be responsible for managing complete hiring process. The talent which we look for is not available of general websites, the candidate needs to build relationship with colleges and hire from their alumni groups. Post jobs on DevNet, UN Jobs and other forums from where we can attract the talent. Partner closely with hiring managers, HR and leadership to determine the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with recruiters and hiring managers with the purpose of identify the specifics of the position, the attributes of the successful candidate, the benefits of working for the department and the timeline for the search.
  • Strong Experience in Social Media Hiring should know how to use LinkedIn for hiring. Utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
  • Creation of job description, screening the interviews, scheduling the interviews, follow up on reference check and negotiation of the compensation would be prime work.
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of talent so that interested, affordable and highly qualified candidates are readily available to present to recruiters. Cultivates candidate pools and manages candidate engagement using contemporary and "high-touch" methods.
  • Gaining sector intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations
  • Exits analysis and interviews
  • HR projects – Handling projects they may be in talent acquisition or other human resources verticals.
  • Work with Director and program lead on organization development processes that address issues such as succession planning, workforce development, key employee retention, organization design and change management.
  • Manage the organisation wide initiatives regarding employee wellness, culture building, engagement, employee satisfaction and technology.
  • Design and implement various HR & employment policies
  • Candidate should have worked on an online platform for managing employee data.

Qualifications:

  • Full time MBA in human resources
  • 7 – 9 years of experience in similar work.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • The candidate should be an extrovert with excellent inter-personal relations and strong communications and writing skills.
  • Candidate needs to have a good attention to detail with a sense of urgency
  • Candidate should have natural curiosity and research abilities.
  • Knowledge about labor laws, payroll and PF

Salary and Benefits:

Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills. WRI offers a generous and comprehensive benefits package.
