The Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and managing new and existing affiliate and influencer partner relationships for our online marketing campaigns and executing the company’s evolving partnership marketing strategy to increase revenue; review and select potential partners to test and integrate, and perform ongoing analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated multi-tasker with strong analytical skills and will feel comfortable dealing with numbers and interfacing with product and engineering

What you'll do...

• Proactively recruit and negotiate new industry-leading affiliate and influencer partner relationships to achieve monthly revenue growth goals for our clients. Effectively communicate with affiliate/influencer partners regarding client goals and brand messaging, as well as with clients about their campaign strategies and results.
• Own and nurture relationships with new and existing partners to implement, analyze and optimize online marketing campaigns, identify new opportunities, perform tests and troubleshoot challenges.
• Act/assist the team in client support during challenging situations. Proactively advise on the most beneficial affiliate program strategies and ensure that the client adopts them.
• Ensure internal best practices; stay up-to-date with industry standards, and changes including technology/platform implementation and troubleshooting. Implement new initiatives that enhance our clients' partnership productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI.
• Analyze and report on roadmaps, acquisition costs, and monthly performance of acquired traffic in regards to conversation rates, traffic, retention and yield.
• Manage internal and external relationships by completing work on time, communicating ongoing progress, maintain and improve process for budgeting and invoicing.
• Assist in growing both the Affiliate and Influencer offerings at BVAccel. Support new business opportunities by assisting in creating custom proposals and presenting either in person or on the phone to the brand with the help of the sales team.

What you'll need...

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience implementing and optimizing partnership/affiliate marketing campaigns, preferably within digital marketing and media buying models.
• Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated responsibility to work with and manage a complex set of performance metrics is a must.
• Knowledge of performance advertising optimization methods, metrics and terminology.
• Possess strong technical skills in Excel, 3rd party tools, and affiliate/ influencer platforms. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and A/B testing.
• Demonstrated success in initiating, establishing, nurturing and optimizing relationships with affiliate/influencer marketing clients and partners. Ability to drive retention with affiliate engagements, and revenue for clients ensuring overall engagement success through winning affiliate marketing strategies, execution and reporting.
