Product Designer to assist in the creative process across a number of products and features. As a Product Designer, you will: ● Conceptualize, design and create customer-centric designs for mobility products. ● Deliver low to high fidelity wireframes, storyboards & prototypes for rapid iteration. ● Incorporate UX research tools, data, personas, competitive analysis and metrics to help shape user experiences. ● Create meaningful relationships between people and our products. ● Consider how people interact with our product interface. Click, tap, swipe, type. ● Foster lasting, effective partnerships with engineering and business teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges. ● Work with Product Managers, Developers and fellow Designers to define/deliver product experiences. ● Guide, maintain and communicate interaction and visual consistency of experience across all platforms. ● Conduct online and field studies to learn more about our customers Your peers would say: ● You’re insatiably curious. Required qualifications: ● A diverse and well-designed portfolio that displays a deep understanding of interaction best practices and design fundamentals through a collection of visual design, storyboards, prototypes, and support UX documentation such as personas, wireframes, flows, and sketches. ● 3+ years experience as a UX or Visual Designer in a startup, mid-size, or agency setting. ● Experience designing for responsive web, iOS, Android platforms. ● Excellent communication skills, and ability to work across functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, customer success and more). ● Can-do, team player who can work with other design professionals in a fast-paced environment. ● Able to build and/or follow processes and procedures that can scale as we grow. ● Experience with agile methodology and product development teams. ● Able to work with complex business use cases. ● Able to initiate field tests, usability studies and surveys to further clarify product problems and validate solutions ● Expertise with a range of design tools: Sketch, Invision, Adobe and any others you value. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience preferred.
