System Administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a System Admin with IBM, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource: data.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM CIO - Chief information Office which deals with all the internal applications and websites used by IBMers worldwide is now looking for IT specialists.
What would your daily tasks looks like?
- Help L3 team by implementing the change to Production environment followed by end to end testing
- Work with other teams through SCCD ticket system.
- Assisting users in transition and use of new FileNet environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issue being faced by user's with respect to Environment like web applications , installation of applications on their local system's, data check, configurations, Security,
- Any issues being faced locally and getting them resolved.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access problems for FN EEA users, manually assign users to cloud blue groups.
You will work with:
- FileNet ICC
- FileNet ICN
- Flexi Capture
- MQ data transfer to ICC Servers
- Server connectivity between various sources to FileNet
What do you need for your success?
The starting salary is from 1800 Eur (depends on your previous experience and language proficiency).
