Within the Account management team, you will manage the relationship with our top advertisers in Italy, building optimization strategy and leveraging cross-team collaboration. You’ll be in charge of cross-sell and up-sell goals and of expanding your clients contact network. You’ll be responsible for getting in touch with new stakeholders within your portfolio to support Criteo multiproduct offer. You'll collaborate on major initiatives and drive them to success, while being the primary contact for our partners at the highest level.
What you will do
- Work closely with the Account Strategist team in Milan managing a portfolio of top Italian clients in different verticals (Travel, classified, telco...)
- Develop and execute accurate account plan by mapping opportunities and top actions for each customer
- Develop long-term and complex strategic relationships within your portfolio clients
- Be able to create value propositions for different stakeholders
- Follow up of operational management tasks
Who you are
- 5+ years’ experience in similar position/industry with large customer accounts
- Very strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment
- Strong organization, time management, project management skills
- Able to work effectively across functions or teams and a good team player
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English
- Excellent computer skills (Excel/Power point)
