CRN ITaaS Service Now Functional Roles and Responsibilities Manage the Agile implementation for testing and be able to coach the Team on Agile vs Waterfall maturity Engineer test plans and lead strategies for Retail domain implementations across functional and non functionals like Performance Security Accessibility legal Compliance etc Good Knowledge with test management and automation tools like Jira ca DevTest Virtualization Tools Selenium Docker Nexus Maven Good knowledge and ability to refine Automation approaches Enable the decision making process through guided reporting Work with agile Pods and Release train engineers to enable standardization of agile test processes and drive efficiencies Test data management knowledge to create data using Industry Standard tools Study the functional impact of new enhancement Define the tests cases build testing data set execute testing campaign build testing report Interact with Development team to leverage their understanding Maintain functional documentation of the Service Portal Maintain training material tutorial user guide knowledge article Prepare go live train users Contribute to the early life support Experience in Agile Development methodology Technical Expertise One or more experience on Object language Java C Experience Web Services Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Experience with Agile Relation database Web application with Integration with multiple tools Skill behavior Autonomous Team Driver Pro Active Ability to work independently and multi task Capability to share its knowledge and execute technical training within team members able to work with people out of multiple location countries Functional skills Retail IT or Online Portals Certification Will be added advantage with Agile ServiceNow
