As a TPM on the OCI Platform Anti-Fraud team, you will help drive the design, development and troubleshooting to deliver software solutions that are curated towards detecting and mitigating fraudulent activities initiated by bad actors, while maintaining transparency and ease fuse for legitimate OCI customers.

This will give you an opportunity to drive new software development and analysis techniques in a cross-functional space that includes working alongside data scientists and building and iterating machine learning systems. You will work with industry leaders in the cloud anti-fraud and security space. The bad guys are always getting better at finding a way to defraud the cloud, you are at the forefront of our efforts to counteract the multitude of fraud that happens across this industry sector.

We are looking for a technically savvy and operationally disciplined program manager to help lead operational efforts on several product development teams. Strong program management skills for organizing information, communication, and working effectively in situations involving uncertainty are essential.

In this role you will:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
  • 5-10+ years managing technical programs and projects spanning multiple teams and organizations
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Flexible, resourceful, team player that is able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing cloud development projects
  • Software development experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong judgement to make decisions in ambiguous situation
  • This position is located in the Seattle area.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
