Inside Sales Programs Manager, APJ

Job Description

VMware is seeking a Sales Program Development Manager for the Asia Pacific and Japan Inside Sales Business.

This individual will lead the sales programs and business development initiatives and support the Asia Pacific and Japan Inside Sales Director, Commercial Director APJ in the day to day management of the Commercial business. The Sales Programs Development Manager drives the rhythm of our sales programs specifically designed to drive velocity, net new attach solutions, pipeline hygiene initiatives and actively engages across the organization to define and execute these sales programs.

This is a critical and strategic role with high visibility within VMware Commercial team reporting directly to the Asia Pacific and Japan Inside Sales Director which will develop over time, based on the current/future needs of the evolving VMware Commercial model.
