We also rely on their advice around contractual rights, obligations, terms and conditions.
Overview:
Dell’s North America Commercial sales organization is the backbone of the Dell business, and we need a skilled, pragmatic, energetic professional to join our in-house legal team supporting that business.
The Contract Operations & Compliance Manager will join a team within Dell that provides legal and contract support for Dell’s North America Commercial business. This individual will perform a broad range of program management duties to ensure that Dell’s processes, procedures and tools fully enable compliance with contract commitments. S/he will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team of professionals to evaluate, document, implement and make recommendations on policies and processes that provide operational contract compliance within the business.
A successful candidate will have or quickly develop a knowledge and understanding of legal procedures and contract terminology, business operations, and legal and compliance requirements. We are looking for someone with experience operationalizing compliance requirements, solid judgment, good communication skills, a customer-service mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a commitment to career growth and personal development. An interest in technology, a keen eye for process improvement, and good sense of humor are also valuable.
