To ensure our continued success we are now recruiting for a Program / Project Manager to be responsible for the delivery of cost effective support programs and improvements to ensure ongoing excellence in customer loyalty and satisfaction.

As our Project/Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to: -
- Work with various local and regional cross functional teams to deliver cost effective Support Programs and Projects and improvements to ensure ongoing customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Engage with sales teams on joint Sales and Customer Support delivery
- Assist with new partner on boarding and readiness activities
- Assist with partner Contract / Scope of Works creation
- Seek and identify areas of improvement in Customer Satisfaction and cost saving initiates within
- the SPAC Customer Support
- Assist SPAC CS organization with other activities as required
- Develop plans with timelines to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs
- Ensure contracts are in place with specific and relevant service level agreements identified (if applicable)
- Ensure plans are implemented without incidence and minimal impact to customers
- Create and monitor reports and scorecards to measure the performance of Partners and the entire program.
- May work at client site from time to time.
- Address customer issues as appropriate
- Validate monthly and maintain tracking
- Conduct monthly reviews to ensure world class cost structures are maintained including contract re-negotiation and reviews
- Track and action workload demands based on new, current and future plans
- Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
- Maintain close working relationship with key stake holders to understand Customer Satisfaction
To be successful in this role you should have:-
- Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years’ experience in a customer liaison role.
- Experience in managing strategic programs and / or SLA based activities including Implementation and ongoing management of programs.
- Strong business acumen
- Understanding of Project Management Methods
- Technical knowledge and understanding of HP PPS products
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreements and contractual designs
- Teamwork, Quality and Customer Orientation, Initiative, Flexibility
- Great communication skills
