HP Federal/Field Technical Support Representative

Job Description

This is Field Support position where you would be required to support a geographic area that encompasses the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area and at times possibly further out.

• The types of devices you would be expected to support are HP LaserJet, DesignJet, PageWide, A3 and A4 Print devices as well as laptop and desktop PC’s.
• The more experience you already have the better, but we will train the right candidate to be proficient at the support of these technologies.
• HP provides the field support team, which you will be a part of, with uniforms, a company vehicle (and fuel/insurance), full insurance benefits, 401K and competitive hourly salary (in the range of $40k). We are looking for a trustworthy, self-starter type of individual that is willing to be a part of a growing, successful company that has led the technology world for over 75 years.
