Location: Nashville or Memphis area (Cordova) office.

Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's Physician, Home and Community-Based and Employment Community First (ECF), and provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between physicians, hospitals, members, and the public.
• Responsible for budget accountability.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

• LTSS and IDD experience is required.
• R equires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field.
• 7-9 years experience is required.
• 3-5 years of leadership and staff management experience is required.
• Medicaid and/or Medicare experience is required.
• Demonstrated communication skills at an executive level is required.
• Up to 40% travel is required.
• Facets experience is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is required.
