Your Opportunity

  • Client Program Manager
  • Based in Tokyo, Japan
  • Permanent regular position
  • Working full-time 5 days and 40 hours per week.

In this exciting position you will be responsible for offering an excellent customer service to our business clients, work closely with them to understand their needs and collaborate with our internal teams to ensure we deliver their requirements. We are an Education & Assessment Technology business, therefore you will help our customers with the successful implementation and maintenance of our clients' certification programs on our Computer-Based Testing platform. In this key client-facing role, you will act as the customer success manager between our clients and Pearson VUE internal teams and ensure client expectations are always achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to develop leadership skills with client contacts and cross-functional internal terms in a global organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with clients and internal business partners to gather program requirements; coordinate to ensure that implementation of our services meet client expectations

Ensure that all aspects of the proposed services are accurately specified and agreed prior to the commencement of the project.

  • Complete the implementation to the schedule as agreed with the client.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests; coordinate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of requested products and services.
  • Proactively engage clients to make sure that they are sufficiently informed and trained about our products and services.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager to ensure client satisfaction and successful renewal of contracts.

Our Successful Candidate

Experience in a similar job such as Customer / Client Success Management, Account / Relationship Management or Project Management.

Native Japanese speaker with advanced English proficiency.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
