The Role

A unique opportunity for a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support the Tax applications as we transform our business processes and systems supporting Tesla goals. A successful c and idate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, demonstrated success in developing efficient and scalable systems, cross-functional leadership acumen, and the ability to juggle competing priorities while delivering results. This individual will work closely with all tax-related systems.

Responsibilities

· Research and define opportunities for increasing efficiency and innovation around tax applications.

· Responsible for configuring new markets and rules in our Tax product (Sabrix).

· Work with end users for requirement gathering, functional design, integration testing and User acceptance testing.

· Manage the daily rhythm of discussions that clarify and resolve requirements during design, development, testing, and release.

· Responsible for Release planning and reporting.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business (Masters/MBA preferred), Global Tax, Engineering or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability.

· Should be familiar with SDLC methodology

· Experience in working with fast-paced organizations

· 5 + years related experience covering Business system analyst, Product Management experience with implementation experience on at least one package ERP application.

· Prior experience with global organizations and multi-language environments

· Proficient in SQL and data visualization programs such as Tableau are preferred.

· Prior experience with JIRA, Agile development methodology, and SCRUM experience preferred.

· Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on dem and despite changes in work scope or focus.

· Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box for solutions to complex challenges.
