Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.

The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations (“WFRR”) oversees regulatory relations for Wells Fargo. It ensures an organized and cohesive approach to interacting with regulators and leads the company’s efforts to have a sustained and proactive dialogue on risk management to address regulatory expectations. It is responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy for regulatory engagement, ensuring transparency and consistency of communications, providing oversight and guidance on the quality of regulatory responses, and ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide requirements.

The Role

The Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations Administration, Planning, and Logistics team enables the WFRR function to run effectively and efficiently, with consistent and transparent internal processes. This broadly includes strategic planning, initiative management, change management, logistics and administration, business systems support, confidential supervisory information (“CSI”) and regulatory program management.

This role will be a part of the Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations Logistics and Administration team and will be responsible for building and maintaining WFRR SharePoint site collection. This role will require deep expertise in building and maintaining SharePoint sites and ensuring full compliance to the Wells Fargo SharePoint policies and procedures. Role will also be responsible for ensuring strong access controls/security to each SharePoint site and ensuring that Confidential Supervisory Information is contained as well. The role will also be responsible for helping to build and maintain the Regulatory Relations Teamworks website and any other related websites for the Regulatory Relations team. Team member will also need to build/maintain strong relationships with the WF SharePoint Services team. Must also ensure SharePoint sites remain ADA compliant per internal policies. This role reports to the Head of the Regulatory Relations Logistics and Administration.

Specific duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Building and maintaining relationships with the various program management offices and act as a representative/liaison on behalf of WFRR.
  • Interfacing with Corporate Communications and Marketing on behalf of WFRR as needed.
  • Maintaining an understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites for WFRR team members as needed.
  • Ensure full adherence to SharePoint (and related) policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure strong access controls for each SharePoint site. Ensure strong controls around Confidential Supervisory Information (“CSI”).
  • Responsible for building and maintaining the WFRR Teamworks site. This will likely include both an “external” and “internal” site.
  • Document processes and controls in adherence with Business Process Risk Management.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Records Management approach in relation to the Regulatory Relations policy and procedures implementation.
  • Own the different security plans across WFRR.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • 5+ years of SharePoint experience


Other Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience writing/editing website copy. Strong proofreading and editing skills and experience.
  • Experience working with Corporate policies and procedures.
  • Strong relationship with Enterprise SharePoint Services and experience working with the SharePoint Community of Practice. Strong relationship with SharePoint Technical Support for emergency situations that may arise.
  • Strong understanding of applicable SharePoint policies and procedures and related policies/procedures/governance protocols including (but not limited to) records management, confidential supervisory information, Information Risk Management, etc.
  • Track record of success in collaborating, partnering with and influencing team members, managers, and leaders.
  • Honed communication skills with exceptional ability to negotiate and facilitate collaboration.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic attitude, driven and results oriented.
  • Successful track record building related processes and controls.

  • Experience developing process and control documentation to ensure processes/key contacts are well documented and controlled.
  • 5+ Years of experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites, ideally within the Wells Fargo environment.
