As a recruiter on the engineering leadership team you’ll be responsible for helping us hire the best engineering leaders into our London Tech hub. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end to end recruiting for niche and specialist leadership roles.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
- Build impactful relationships with your hiring partners, leveraging them to fill key roles.
- Build a strong pipeline of talent to support the sites growth plans
- Compile & analyse data and metrics to help educate hiring partners on any challenges in the market and help to unblock issues.
- Partner with compensation teams to secure senior level talent for the site.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years recruitment experience focussed on hiring technical (specifically software engineers) at high bar tech companies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credible relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- In-depth sourcing skills
- you should be able to identify, attract and engage the top 2% of the market.
- A naturally data driven approach to recruiting with the ability to learn new tools and technology quickly.
