We’re looking for a hardworking Technical Recruiter to execute against the company’s high growth plan. In this role, you will collaborate with our recruiting team, support passionate internal clients, and personally make a massive impact with a leading innovator in the electronic-signature space.

Responsibilities

• You will partner with the Engineering teams to act as a talent advisor, develop hiring plans and hiring standard methodologies.
• You will write new job descriptions by understanding the skills, background required and the impact of the role, and the ideal fit for the team and company. Advise on talent pools.
• You will lead a world-class recruiting process from beginning to end and constantly look to improve it as we scale.
• You will design and execute sourcing techniques and recruiting campaigns to identify top engineering talent (for both passive and active candidates).
• You will balance expectations of candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting life-cycle.
• You will embody our core values and identify candidates that align to our unique company culture. We value diversity and inclusivity and encourage team members to be their authentic selves at work.
• You will be responsible for the candidate experience and make sure that candidates walk away as a raving fan of HelloSign regardless of hiring decision
• You will deliver meaningful feedback to your teammates and candidates. We believe in radical candor and promote active transparency.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting and driving full lifecycle technical recruiting, 7+ years of experience preferred. Recruiting agency experience is a plus.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and projects, can handle a large pipeline of candidates, and can successfully execute against recruiting metrics (Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance %)
• You possess extraordinary interpersonal skills and can communicate with peers and business partners at all levels of HelloSign
• You exhibit outstanding client service skills, influencing, and business partnership skills
• You have strong analytical and reporting skills (we use Greenhouse as our ATS and a variety of technical sourcing products)
• You are scrappy, can show your grit, and pitch in where needed
• You apply good judgment and can maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
