Job Description
The Recruiter is an intermediate level position responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in managing talent acquisition selection process for new staff at professional and graduate levels
- Providing support across the entire firm or to multiple business lines/areas
- Administer defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Head in the definition and development of Recruitment & Workforce planning strategy for the countries
- Manages full life cycle recruiting process for assigned countries (posting, sourcing, phone screen, interviews, Offer Approvals etc)
- Identify top talent utilizing traditional and innovative sources and flawlessly manage the selection process
- Partners with business managers and HR Generalists to drive recruiting strategies for open positions at all levels.
- Proactively source for talent through multiple channels; social networking, employee referrals, internet, etc
- Adheres to all compliance and regulatory requirements and local laws and regulations for each country managed.
- Supports diversity recruiting efforts and participates in diversity recruiting events and activities
- Conducts phone screens and assessment interviews and facilitates candidate feedback process
- Builds and develops relationship with hiring managers
- Understands hiring requirements/profiles of assigned accounts
- Develops sourcing plans and executes sourcing activities for assigned countries or positions
- Conducts interviews, either at pre-screening or in-depth interview stage or both, and coordinates with line interviewers on scheduling of candidate interviews
- Support all sourcing and branding related activities to fulfill hiring targets of the company
- On-going engagement with the client population to ensure effective HR support and coverage
- Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions on an on-going basis.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Human Resources, preferably with hands on experience in Recruitment.
- University/College graduate training program
- Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills with strong client service orientation.
- Ability to build and foster strong working relationships with managers, peers and business partners.
- Passionate about candidate experience and exceeding client expectations at all times
- Proactive and engaged learner in a fast changing environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines, and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Proficiency with Windows Microsoft Office applications required.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Bilingual: English and Spanish a must.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree Human Resource or related areas or equivalent experience
