We are looking to expand our team in Framingham and are looking to bring on individuals who enjoy making money while having a little bit of fun doing so.

•1+ year of recruiting experience within an agency environment and/or 2+ years of sales experience
•Money motivated (we love to pay out)
•Have a drive to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
•Have a passion or interest in communicating with others (you don't have to be a chatty Kathy, but you can't be a dull Danny)
•Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
•Don't live in the box... think outside the it! Get creative on ways to solve problems.
