ABOUT THE RIGHT TEAM MEMBER:

ClassPass is looking for a contract Recruiter with prior LATAM experience to own full life-cycle recruiting for various business teams as we embark on an aggressive international expansion for 2019. The right candidate has seen rapid growth, takes a fearless approach to sourcing and taps multiple channels to fill the candidate pipeline. You also have a deep passion for the companies you recruit for and serve as a true partner to the hiring teams you support.

You have prior LATAM hiring experience, working with diverse teams, across multiple time zones.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of dedicated, in-house recruiting experience in LATAM
• In-house experience is a must
• Track record of building high caliber teams, preferably at a fast-growing technology company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
